Dan Haile, PCC, CPCC, CPA
Dan is a certified executive coach AND a certified public accountant with two decades of Fortune 100 executive and leadership experience at Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) and FedEx, and brings to executive coaching the perspective of direct, hands-on management and leadership experience and bottom-line P&L responsibility. As a Certified Public Accountant, Dan led a large group of finance, accounting, and operations professionals as Vice-President of Internal Audit and Division CFO for HCA, a $25 billion multi-national healthcare company.
Dan is certified in both the suite of Hogan Assessment inventories, and the Leadership Agility 360 assessment instrument, and is also a Certified Model-Netics® Instructor (see www.maineventmanagement.com/services/model-netics/), a powerful leadership/management development program. In addition to being a student of both the Emotional Intelligence model and Marshall Rosenberg’s Compassionate/Non-Violent Communications model, Dan provides his clients with the insights and wisdom garnered from 20 years as a highly successful corporate executive, and the self-awareness and commitment to personal change necessary for twenty-five years of recovery from alcoholism and drug addiction.
Dan has led organizational workshops broaching a variety of objectives, including leadership development, change management, strategic planning and personal motivation. Dan has also worked closely with numerous non-profit organizations, chairing United Way campaigns and serving on non-profit boards and operating committees. Dan is also active in the coaching community, serving on the Finance Committee for the International Coach Federation (ICF), and serving as 2012 President for the ICF’s local chapter, the Tennessee Coaches Alliance.
Dan and his wife Pam have been married 34 years and have two children, Danna and Jake. In his spare time, Dan is a sports and music nut, and enjoys biking, traveling, playing bridge, reading, movies, and playing guitar.
